A bit of advice, make sure you manually restart after the update; for me there were two updates, first a 20 meg one, followed by a 9 meg one. I’ve played previously when an update didn’t complete with weird text results.
Two new clothing additions, not sure of what they are called yet Not Available yet, It’s Johan and Johnouchi’s Cloth, Maybe in the future NPC will award you their cloth.

The logo on the blue and white t-shirt is some short of reference to the “Konami Code” or like a lot of people knows it as the “Contra Code”. The Konami code is Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, B, A and Start. (Thanks to Kaido for pointing this out).
There is also a New Avatar Pieces (Scapegoat’s Avatar), which seems to be referred to in the code as ‘Afro LV 4′ (Personally I think it looks like a sheep creature, brain hugger) Look like’s all of this are Hat/Avatar’s Part on character head.
Something interesting, This Avatar’s Part look like It’s Rare Hunter avatar’s or maybe It’s NDS Qualifier’s Robe for NDS World Championship 2008 Qualifiers or new npc.
New chibi (the pictures used when you are running around) have been added to support the above clothes, as well as extra ones - possibly

Kaiser’s Ryo, Edo Phoenix, Jim Crocodile Cook, Marik Ishtar, Bakura Ryo, Kujaku Mai (I really hate dub name)
There doesn’t seem to be any new cards added, although there is a new reptile/dinosaur recipe - possibly for a tackleberry npc, or a structure deck. I’ll list the cards in additional comments.

Just remember with all these large clothing pictures, when you duel npcs you need t osee their larger picture; so it might be these are only being added not as avatar pictures, but just more enabling pictures for npcs ….

I guess they didn’t wanted to place the Konami code on the t-shirt logo but something that looks like it since the logo have 2 Left, 2 Right and 2 Up arrows and the “S” for Start should have been on the right side of the “BA”.
