Cyber Dragon, Foolish Burial, Light and Darkness Dragon remain the same and Apprentice Magician are unrestricted.
About This Ban List : Summer 2008 Ban/Restrict List don’t follow In Real Life Ban/Restrict List, there are a lot of different.
For Example Monster Reborn still got ban and Call of The Haunted remain the same, Gadget, Reckless Greed, Pot of Avarice and Creature Swap still semi limited, Dark Armed Dragon now got limited we online player don’t have a chance to use it. other than that they ban and restricted more card Neo-Spacian Grand Mole, Magical Explosion, Reversal Quiz now Forbidden, Benkei, Reasoning, Monster Gate, Final Countdown now Limited also 2 cards are release from Limited List It’s Mobius and Zaborg.
Personally I really love this Ban List cause Bankei, Reversal Quiz are gone [They need more luck to win with benkei], a cheap win will be hard for now.

lol monarch are back in the metagame a bit more now lol and DAD is over before it had a chance to begin which is a bit annoyin. clocktower prison D hero decks take a small hit but not if u only run 2 copies anyway. bens gone but i find extremely weird is mole i was planning on makin a neo-spacian deck and now i cant due to mole getting the ban.

These forbidden rules is okay since i only had one card in deck that i had to change anyway but lucky i found just only the esitmated about when we get pack 47 since i am usally 1 week off so if anyone wants to check but who knows if konamis gonna post the Extended Time anyway

The only 2 cards I lose in my baboon monarch deck are breaker and mole (WTF did that get banned? It’s really easy to deal with, and it’s effect isn’t that strong). I can easily replace those 2 with snipe and injection fairy lily (I would put card trooper, but it’s not in). I also took 2 jinzos out for zaborg and mobius.

I think it’s good that Dark Armed Dragon won’t get a chance to affect the game much. We do not want to go back to there only being absolutely one useable deck in competitive matches.

Mole is not always easy to deal with. If you have no monsters on the field and the opponent has mole. You cannot even set a monster. This is lockdown then. Yes I know many traps and spells can stop mole, but this lockdown can be all or nothing for some.

these stupid konami noobs, why did they banned the reversal quiz, but burner is to much strong now. Everyone plays damn burner in gunslinger and other events

No. Burn is weak, a single card can screw a burn deck complitely(Des Wombat)
