Konami Now Selling Duelpass Through Paypal
You can buy Duelpass code directly from Konami now, This is a good news for Player but bad news for seller. Why? Because Duelpass that konami sell are cheaper than duelpass that you can find on Ebay or other Duelpass store and All Duelpass are available (Phase 1-Present are available) and they sell it cheap 2.99$ for each one.
But It available for US and Canada Account only, I check other YU-GI-OH Online Main Site (different country) and there is nothing about Paypal. Only US and Canada Account can buy duelpass through paypal
Only US and Japan Account can buy Duelpass through Paypal
If you registered YU-GI-Oh Online Account from other country and click on the form to buy duelpass from US and Canada Main Site You will get this message
“ The purchasing procedure could not be”
The purchasing procedure could not be completed! Unfortunately, you are not located an area where the services you requested can be rendered. Please make sure to select the website which matches the country to which your user account on “Yu-Gi-Oh! ONLINE DUEL EVOLUTION” has been registered with, in order to purchase a DUELPASS 150.
* If you receive this message despite living in Japan, please forward your inquiry to our customer services department from the mailform which is available on this website.
Note:
a) You cannot purchase DUELPASS card.
b) When you use the purchased DUELPASS CODE, your user ID must be as same as the one which you use for your purchase.
c) The DUELPASS code is showed on the web browser when completing the purchase.
Please Pay attention to B: Duelpass code you received after payment with Paypal can be use only on the Same User ID You purchase so You can’t put that code on other account you have.

I try to create a US Account from The Main Site and buy through Paypal, US Account can go to the last step (I can select Duelpass and log in to paypal account)
However I can’t purchase it When I click on Buy button I got this message

PAYPAL error.
Maybe because My Paypal Account is Thai-Verified, its work for US Paypal Account. Look likes Konamicheck your Paypal Address if it’s not US They may decline you to buy.
I’m still wonder Is it work If we have US Bank Account and connect it with Paypal, There is a way to open US Bank Account for Non-Resident, If you are interesing you can read some on Google.
I hope They will make paypal payment available world wide soon.

Got a free dp from Smiley which he got from konami homepage by use of paypal and i could use it on my dutch account

Not true it worked for me, I bought duelpasses using 1 account and credited it to the other… I did that the 1st day they started selling them online.
Note you can only buy 5 duelpasses at a time, to buy more you have to wait a day i think, unless you change your IP address; Konami tracks your IP to know whether or not you’ve bought from them, if you change it and then try to log in you’ll be able to buy more…
If you have tons of DP like me and don’t duel anywhere near enough, you can’t buy any more. Its says you have too many and you should spend some – that would take me years! I have like over 500DP and I just don’t have time to use it all.

Duelpass code you got on the main site can be use on other account.
Is There anyone who open US Bank Account for NON US Resident and try it? It may work.

There is no way to change Paypal Address Account, You need to create the new one.
I’m not US and I don’t have US Paypal Account but my friend told me it’s work if your Account is US (YU-GI-OH Online Account and Paypal).
i had a us paypal and us account tho and the transaction went through because i got a verification email saying the payment got taken out from my bank account then konami just didnt give me the codes and now they wont return my emails :( oh well no use now
You need to contact Konami Support Told Them your Paypal Unique Transaction ID

I am from Greece and I can’t buy duelpass in yugioh online official site via Paypal. Why Konami is so stupid. Players we are so Konami must do everything about the players not only USA and Canadian players LOL!!!!
I didn’t understand this at all.
With no duelpasses you cant play at all.
So why only US get cheap duelpasses? If only they can get them then konami should be making the game only US instead of wasting others time.

Error code: 998 is a Error that ive been geting, ive got no clue why the hell this happens, i get Error code: 998 when i try to purchase Duelpass’ i pick them and press ok, b4 i even log on to my paypal acc i get this error, there is no rason in hell that this error should come, i got my account U.S. and also 2 other accounts U.K and Canadian. Both my U.S. and Canadian account get this error but my U.K. aint even allowed to buy duelpasses. so if you have this Error problem there’s only Two things you can do. Number 1 Never play Yu-gi-oh online ever again. or 2: Call Konami in Anger and Hellraise this Pointless policy and even threaten to Kill a few People. Threatening with Chopping off a few Arms with a Bloody Axe should do the trick, you could get to buy some duelpasses in the end.
By God this is so annoying, i hope i can get this going in the long run.
Aruze don’t bother like that. It doesn’t work. The only real solution for us players outside of US/Japan is to buy DP codes from other source, ranging from 7$+ a pack. But still it’s better than buying the lame 150 DP points pack and getting just 5 cards.
There are sites that sell DP pass codes, for double the price, but it’s still better than the 150 DP Konami sells.
double price is really tough for us malaysian, it will cost around 25 MYR, we can buy 3 large set of McD you know…
