YGO3 Duel accelerator
Finally news of the next incarnation for Yu-Gi-Oh! online from v-jump scan (credit shinji116)
Here is a translation of the above (credit: Saias)
1. The Beta Test will happen on the 18/12/2009 and the official release will be sometime in 2010 (no date confirmed yet)
2. They will add alot of new features into the game, with 3D animation from our avatars and more special effects from cards.
3. Further details about Yu-Gi-Oh Online Duel Accelerator and when the game will be officially released will be posted at http://www.yugioh-online.net on the 18/12/2009.
4. Alot of the new features will be based on the Yu-Gi-Oh World Championships 2009 game on Nintendo DS.
5. Duels from the Beta Testing will be free but there is no indication on how long that free period and beta test will last. Also everyone can take part in the Beta testing.
6. All cards from YGO2 will be transfered to the YGO3 Database, which explains the 3 hour maintainance.
7. Also from what i can gather you can open 2-3 packs at a time but i don’t know if those packs are new packs (Pack 49 and beyond).
Thats all i can gather from the Scans. Please feel free to add onto what i have translated so far. 
From talk around the net this version seems to be more like a ported version of the PSP game, which would mean Konami would be abandoning continued development from the original “Power of Chaos”, and concentrate more on parallel programming.
So this version will be heavily influenced by Tag Force.
Looks like the animation in Tag Force will be implemented and there are some 3D monster animations as well as character animations, also talks about a card point system.
Notable from the field shot above is the addition of a chat window.
Not sure how they will maintain existing avatar clothing and items, however it appears you have the option to minimise them anyway !
Also speculation that the current event system would be overhauled. Competition and individuals are more often ….

According to the Yu-Gi-Oh! Online website, we have to endure about 45 more minutes of waiting, due to more maintenance (sp?)(Until 23:30 PST) :(

Hey don’t worry about europeans getting to play the new version first i’m from Europe(Bulgaria)and i still can’t do anything on the site! Maybe there’s too much traffic…
Anyways, the japanese will probably play it first =)
the hour of release is said to be 18.12.09; at exactly 7o’clock so i hope they let evertone play soon!

you people need to learn how to use vista, even then it already gave you an answer: log as an administrator. Anyway I got in and tried to duel joey but the duel wouldn’t load >.<
BTW it’s not an issue with konami if it involves the installer, it’s mircosoft, take my advice and log in as an admin. I’m sure for most of you that means your mom or dad’s computer accounts.

Sorry Mattwo but I´m 23 years… I´m not a children hehe. I´m the admin of my computer… This is a Vista Error… I ´ll try with a new admin account, but my actual accout is admin…
Mattwo when i log on my administrator it still says the same thing
which version of vista are you using 32 bit or 64 bit?
My computer is going VERY slow sence I installed.

i have windows 7 now so im guessing it wont work with 7 huh
everything that worked with vista should work better on 7. I have vista and it works fine… Btw if you have admin issues on the admin account try right click -> run as admin.

maybe it not compatable with windows 7 after all cuase i have tried everything i could think of
i have a problem with the deck it saying no vaild deck
and the web site also says its scheduled to be compatable to 7
you need to enter the deck editor and make it an active deck, you can bring 10 into a duel but can still only use one of them in the duel it’s self. Also to duel other humans use the map and click the duel disc.

Edit Deck crash:
I chap on the Duelcity forum claims if you click the Edit Deck button then instantly move your mouse to the top bar it will let you in. now it worked for me once, but that’s it.
It’s REALLY REALLY bugged!
