ok thanks for your information I can't find any information about multi-platform + I can't find where the picture are from even looking at wiki+konami site+jpn blog (found nothing).

If it will be multi-platform we should know it from the hype. This will be a seperate game not multi-platform and about a pitcture I don't know if it is a fake picture or not.

You might have heard rumors about a Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D’s game for Xbox Live. Well, we’re going to have it set up and ready for you to try out at this event . It will release as a downloadable game later in the year.

Interested in online play? Come and demo Yu-Gi-Oh! ONLINE – DUEL ACCELERATOR. This has been revamped and is now in beta testing! Come see and play the rejuvenated game!

By the looks of it they say that game will only be for XBOX Live and since they were demoing it and YGO Duel Accelerator it doesn't look like they will be the same or connected in anyway it seems like just a false rumor.
