Starterpass is the new Boosterpass for Yu-Gi-Oh Online 3 Duel Accelerator aiming for Beginners/Starter, It will release on 2010/03/06 (Price is 900 yen).

When you enter the Starterpass code You will get 30 Boosterpass Points and you will randomly receiver one of the 3 deck (Goyo Guardian Deck, Black Rose Dragon Deck and Power Tool Dragon Deck) Not only you get a random starter deck you also get a new Avatar Item from it [5D's Duel Disk and Witch Mask]. You will randomly receive 1 of 6 avatar items for Yu-Gi-OH Online Duel Accelerator.

It's expensive because it's coming as a package (Code+Installation DVD+Installation Manual+OCG Premium Pack 12).
If konami sell only the code their price should be 300 yen (normal duelpass/boosterpass price) but they never sell only the code.

Starterpass available only in japan you can't buy it on official site and now it's out of print but you can buy it on E-bay and other site that stock it.
