I just want you to know you can still get cards, deck recipe and avatar item from NPC, I duel Yusei 105 times here what I got
14 wins you got Scrap-Iron Scarecrow
20 wins you got a right to challenge Jack atlas and Deck Recipe “Power of Bonds”
45 wins you got Debris Dragon
50 wins you got Scrap Metal Title
55 wins you got Deck Recipe “Regained Bonds” and Frienship LV with Yusei become 3 He will using “Evolving Bonds” Deck
90 win you got Assault Beast
105 win you got Deck Recipe “Evolving Bonds”, “Stardust Duelist” Title and a Right to purchase Avatar Item “Yusei’s Garms” at Blister’s Hideout
You can buy it now for 90 BP (Expensive), I think It’s a same price for Every Avatar Items you got from Character NPC.

45 wins against Jack you will get “Dark Resonator”
90 wins against Jack you will get “Vice Dragon”
14 wins vs Akiza you get Wall of Thorns (thanks to Allocate)

45 win against Akiza you get “Black Garden” (thanks to Zeirnaton)
50 wins against Akiza and you get “Psychic Duelist” Title (thanks to Zeirnaton)
55 win against Akiza you get Deck Recipe “Whispers of the Black Rose” (thanks to Zeirnaton)
90 win against Akiza you got “Tytannial, Princess of Camellias” (From yowiki)
14 wins against Yami Yugi you got Swift Gaia the Fierce Knight (thanks to Iatrik)
45 wins against Yami Yugi you will get “Buster Blader”
90 wins against Yami Yugi you will get “Valkyrion The Magna Warrior”
105 wins against Yami Yugi you will get a right to purchase Yami Yugi’s Garms at Blister’s Hideout
14 wins against Joey you got Red Eyes Black Dragon (thanks to Algoze)
45 wins against Joey you will get “Jinzo”
90 wins against Joey you will get “Graceful Dice”
105 wins against Joey you will get a right to purchase Joey’s Garms at Blister’s Hideout
When u win Beebee 3 times you get brown specs but they get added to Blister’s hideout shop and cost 15BP (thanks to max1c)
It seem like non character NPC will give you a cards after 3 wins-10 wins (Number of wins aren’t the same with all npc – thanks to Darthrado) except for Main NPC (They will give you a cards after 14/45/90) If you already have a deck recipe by beating them from Yu-Gi-Oh 2 you will not get a deck recipe but you can still get cards. (thanks to Dragon’s claw)
Some of NPC that give you an Avatar Item you don’t get it but instead you will get a right to purchase it at the shop.
Old NPC From Yu-Gi-Oh Online 2 will give you the same cards they give you in Yu-Gi-OH Online 2 but require more wins for Character NPC (14/45/90) For Non Character NPC (you got cards after 3 wins)
*Note : When you got Deck Recipe from NPC you don’t get cards to make that deck you got only a name of deck for loading at Edit Deck Screen (Load Official Deck) and I notice Friendship LV with NPC increase every 20 wins
I’ve read yowiki Character NPC will give you a card every 14/45/90 wins and If you got 105 wins you will have a right to purchase an avatar item from Saiga (Blister in dub) at Blister’s Hideout (If you got some Avatar Items from YO2 alrady you will not get a right to purchase it at Blister’s Hieout).
I don’t know about other NPC if you know something let me know by comment at this post I will create yo3 NPC page in the future and someone ask me how to write text in color here how to do it http://www.ygo-academy.com/mybbprod/showthread.php?tid=3973 and another question is how to find people for trading there is a bug right now you can’t see some people in this game if you want to find someone tell him to create single duel and then filter player by single duel find him add him to Ignore List and filter player by Ignore List you will see him tell him to cancel a duel and then click and select Trade.
It’s hard to trade now because of the bug we must wait for konami to fix it and one thing I want to tell you don’t spent your booster points so much to get a cards you want. Wait for konami to announce an events. There is a possibility that you can open booster pack in events likes YO2 and maybe this is why they make Duelist Premium.

Hi after winning against Joey 14 times I received a Red eyes black dragon from him.
Gonna duel against him later tommorow and post what else I get from him.
You can check out http://www.duelevolution.info/npc/ (old npc from Yu-Gi-Oh Online 2 seem like they will give you the same cards in yo2 but you may got a new Title).
If you duel him more the next cards you will got is Jinzo and the next one is Graceful Dice. Let me know later if you got a different cards.

@author: thanks for the news and infos , dude ! We really appreciate your work ! You have to consider that there are a lot of people who have a lot of problems with the game at the moment . Basic things like adding contacts or trading cards are not possible or less people has figured out how it works ….And the only one who´s responsible for that is Konami ! For how long do they want to pull this off ?? they cant be that regardless ! They have to manage it properly this time and not let people wait an eternity to play a decent game with a little as possible bugs !!!

45 Wins against Akiza and you get Black Garden
Ive been dueling against the NPCs from the list in the duel panel and each and everyone of them gives u a card after 3 wins, note: the main NPCs like Yugi, Kaiba, ect are different you need way more wins. I didn't get any deck recipe from them cuz I already beat all of them in YO2 and I have all their deck recipies loaded in the " Load Official Deck screen" but atleast I got a free card ie. A-lien gave me again "Alien Mother". Also in order to duel Jack Atlas you need to defeat Yusei 20 times and then you get a chance with him.

Here a Complete Information We know right now.
Some of NPC that give you an Avatar Item you don’t get it after duel but instead you will get a right to purchase it at the shop all of avatar item that you can get from Yu-Gi-Oh Online 2 NPC still there but you need to buy it at the shop.

Akiza is the best NPc right now for me because she will give you Tytannial, Princess of Camellias when you beat her 90 times while Crossroad of Chaos aren't release yet.
Beat Akiza 55 times and get 3rd Friendship star and Deck Recipe: Whispers of the Black Rose
Not all non npc characters give you cards after 3 wins. Some require more.
Abigail requires 4 wins to win a card
Kyuros requires 5wins to get the card
Yes It's not the same for Original NPC (Character NPC will give a stuff to you at a fix number of wins).

No you need to win only (it's not like yo2 that you can still get card even when you lose).

It's just a suggestion for all ppl who easly defeat these npc's but why dont you make some vids of how you defeat those Npc's easly and put them on youtube.
Every Npc deck has a weakness.
If you show the rest what the weakness of they're deck's are then they would be more easly beatable for us:P
