I already update NPC Page you can check it out at http://www.duelevolution.info/npc/ If you want to see Yu-Gi-Oh Online 2 Duel Evolution NPC you can click on the link and picture at that page, If you want to see YO3 NPC Information you can click here. For More Information Read http://www.duelevolution.info/npc/, For a Ban List of Duel Accelerator here.
The Table List isn’t finish yet I will fix it + add correct information later. Let me know If I make a mistake.
One More Thing I already fix a Page Template Now You can comment, If you found any mistake about YO3 NPC You can comment at that page.

It's Academy Blue 2 From YO2 I can't find it on YO3 but in YO2 You can buy it from the shop at Duel Academy for 100mp (Your LV Must be LV20 or more).
Wait for Konami to update there must be some npc given you a right to purchase it at the shop. If I know I will tell you later.

ok spiritofsword i have a problem when i duel the cards numbers appear as a squares why ??

probably ur computer isnt compatible this happened to me when i was playing it on xp but then changed to vista and it worked fine
I never face this problem before sorry but I can't help you may need to contact konami support or wait for a patch to fix it.
coolboy u need to install east asian languages pack it worked for me

can i ever use banned cards in the game and what are duel recipies
You can't use Banned card now but in the future you may use it because there is a regulation system that let a player create a regulation in this game (maybe it will use for user event when it's available).
spiritofsword can u still use the regulation thing for teh banned card if u havent got duelist prenium
You can't change a ban list using regulation now.
Change Regulation and Duelist Premium status is different thing you can change it when it available but you may not be able to create user event and it seem like user event have something related to change regulation feature.
