YO3 Today Update 2010/3/15
There is an upgrade from konami today (but no patch) they change a lobby from 5 lobby become 10 (for each country/World Lobby) but it still 100 people limit per lobby.
This is downgrade from YO2 We don’t need more room just a few room that can contain a lot of people, I hope they will fix it soon.
I also got an image from my friend who bought a Starterpass he sent me a picture of what you got after you enter the code.
He got Black Rose Dragon deck one of 3 random deck you can get from it. This Deck Name “Starter001″
He also get a random Avatar Item It seem like there are 6 avatar items you can get (I read from Ebay Seller Item). He got Akiza’s Mask (Witch Mask) You will not automatically get it but it will add into Blister’s Hideout for 0 BP (Free).

Ebay Price is really expensive 900 yen (9.9324$) become 30$+ (tripple of standard price).
A Lot of People want to buy it even you get 30 Boosterpass points at that price, If It’s me I will buy Stardust Rising X5 (150 BP) or other duelpass instead of getting 1 random starter deck+ 1 random avatar item.
If you are Beginner I recommend buying other boosterpass/duelpass to get a Structure Deck + Booster points to spend at Blister’s Hideout. It will help you getting start faster than pay big for 1 Starterpass.
I forgot to tell you you can’t trade card you get from NPC (YO2 You can trade it) and Konami Patch 2010/3/12 also added a Evaluation into the game (You can rate your opponent at the end of duel, It’s the same system that YO1 have).

I bought mine from amiami I paid 37$ for 3 of them which included shipping and handeling(international shipping is a bitch), still pretty expensive but compaired to everwhere else which is selling them from 20-30$ that was an unbeatable deal so thats comes out about a lil over 12$ for each one, But I'm also getting the entire package not just the code :P.
official site is up for booster pass at US. but starter deck is a no go atm
you can eithier buy 5 bp codes or(credit card) 150booster points and you will have to wait it says after my purchases.
Great Price! I just know Amiami can do an international shipping because It's Japanese site never known they have an English site. I may buy some from them because it's cheapest price. I will wait for them to bring it back to stock (Out of Stock Now).

Can I ask you one thing what is the avatar item name you got from it? I know only Akiza's Mask from my friend but it seem like there are more random avatar items. I want to know what it is so I can update my site.

I never buy from Amiami before but I thik they will sent it directly to your house If you want only the code you may need to contact and ask them before.
Zeirnaton bought 3 starterpass for 37$ (include shipping), My Friend bought 1 from ebay for 30$+ and got only the code. It's a lot cheaper than ebay.
It's out of stock now you need to wait for them to bring it to their store.

The Answer is we currently have no information about Starterpass restocks at this time.
And About Shipping Amiami will only sent Boosterpass/Starterpass to your home. They refuse to sent only the code and no shipping.
Just got the Starterpasses today good thing is you if u buy 3 your guranteed to get all the 3 decks also game with a disc to install the game 1 premium pack 12, also I got all 3 avatar items one being akiza's mask (F) Gorgeous (M) and Tops Style (F) But I also think that there are more than 3 avatar items that you can get I won't know unless I buy another one, on the pack of the game case it shows 3 npcs wearing clothes, the new DA academy uniform Red (F???) and a partialy colored Pink Arcadia Duel Disc, Gorgeous, Akiza's Mask but it doesn't show the Tops Style either
