Fixing a Problem with NPC by Disable Duelist Interaction

I don’t know if you have a same problem like me When I duel NPC this game will stop working during a duel and a lot of times Opponent Disconnect (NPC Disconnect).
I try a lot thing from download and repair an installaion enable and disable Anti-Aliasing and run a Campatability Mode but none of them working until I try to disable Duelist Interaction in Duel Option Menu I turn all of them off and It’s work! I can duel NPC without problem over an hours.
I face this problem since they added 4 new NPC on 2010/4/23 and now It’s still having a problem, Contact Konami support will not help me They will told a basic thing like update your windows, update your driver.
I hope they will fix it in the next patch or is it just me who have this problem?

Same problem here, always during Yusei Junk Warrior synchro summon and randomly versus Luka… Sent a mail to Konami, not even respond… Probably have to wait a patch.
Me and many friends of mine have had this same problem, either by Synchro Summonings (on either side) or when we are about to win easily. Konami best fix this soon, or they'll be losing many people out to other online systems

i got rid of my problem, all u got to do is when ur in a duel theres this tool looking thing at the bottom left screen click on it and turn all duel interaction off
I got a new problem with the new update. when i hit anything it just frezzes up and i have to hit ctrl+alt+delete because it won't work will you help me?
I have a same problem I can't even trade someone because it freeze when I click on them but I can duel NPC. Waiting for the next patch (I'm using Windows 7).
Apparently these problems only occurs on Windows 7, same trade problem. Asked many vista and XP users about these, they don't have any issues.

I got same problem, but mine is everytime i go to change my avatar appearance, it just crashes, i havent even had a chance to duel yet. So annoying. Can anyone help?
I have a problem when I click on other people and sometimes when click on NPC It freeze but It seem like this problem is for Windows 7 user.
My friend using Windows XP and never had this problem.
Hmph, even after the new update i just installed I still get the same issue (although it has improved some, but still freezes when it comes to anything avatar related. Hasn't frozen on me yet during duels so that's an improvement.)
Must be hard to fix. maybe it's just a problem on our computers? (nah..)
Same here i cant even create my character i change her hair style then crash i change her hair color then crash
