As usual Konami always Banned/Restricted popular meta (Synchro Cat, Infernity, Black Feather). This ban list affect a lot of meta deck.
I’m surprise they bring Dark Hole back and now you can use 3 Black Rose Dragon too maybe we will see more of Debris Dandy Style (It’s Japan Representative deck from Japan National 2010).
Some of these will affect Yu-Gi-Oh Online Ban List in the future.

well ur oppenent need to have four or mor cards to activate the effect of dushoot so it's kinda like a cost
