There is a problem with Gunslinger today It’s not start auto matching so Konami decided to maintenance a server for a few hours from 2010-09-03 20:00 ～ 2010-09-04 0:00 JST.

Latest JPN Card Rate right now is 2010/09/02 but it didn't include new cards from Raging Battle because It just release yesterday.
The Rate is what people create it take times no one can judge it value when it release for 1-2 days.
I will update when There is a new rate from Raging Battle.

Don't serious with the rate. Card Rate is not the law of trading. Everyone have their own value for the cards.
When you make an offer and see someone offer in the game you will not know If you or they get the card from that offer. You may get it but sometimes you may not get it.
Trading is all about supply and demand It update itself frequency base on Metagame, People want/need/a spare cards someone have + more factor.
No one can create a rate that can satisfied everyone. just use it for creating offer for the cards you want.
