Who else could think that TCG Exclusive Card can Appear on OCG Banlist even It’s not release yet? This is The First Time.
No Need to Say More for This Ban List It’s Limit Synchro and Help Exceed or They are trying to Prevent Plant Synchro to be Tier 0 When they are going to Release Reborn Tengu to OCG.
The only one I like from This Banlist is How They slowdown Tech Genus Agent Angel Deck but I still prefer Limit Hyperion more than Earth and T.G. Striker should not be on the list.
Note : This Time I don’t Think Konami will apply this to Yu-Gi-Oh Online Banlist but They might apply some from September 2011 Banlist to YGO Online Banlist.
As for YO3/YO4 There are No News Right now only Re-release Event Cards + YOC.

the only thing i kno is that if u want to defeat the new decks that are comming out u need to get the old cards back to play thats the only way i kno it how u can win
for example how to stop inzectors use return to deck cards
for wind ups u need to find cards to stop there loop
for those rabbits to xyz fully cancel special summons
i thnk whit the new ban list they trie to let persons buy old cards again to win the cups ( thats my opion )

Your banlist is fake. After the ultimate match, banlist hasn’t changed at all and not new pack is coming.
