Avatar Item
There are a lot of Avatar Item (Hair Style, Glass, Cloth, Duel Disk etc…) in this game for you to customize your character. You can get Avatar Item by Enter Duelpass/Boosterpass code, by winning NPC, by purchase it at card shop in this game or by compete in Yu-Gi-Oh Online Events.
Note : Avatar Item only available in Yu-Gi-Oh Online 2 Duel Evolution and Yu-Gi-Oh Online 3 Duel Accelerator (There is no Avatar Item in YO1. You can see only a player name).
Yu-Gi-OH Online 2 Duel Evolution Avatar Item
Yu-Gi-OH Online 2 have 2 main place, Domino City and Duel Academy. There is seperate Avatar Item for both place.
If you go to Domino City you must wear Domino City Avatar, If you go to Duel Academy you must wear Duel Academy Avatar and there is 2 Card shop in this Game Kame’s Game Shop in Domino City and Card Shop in Duel Academy. Both of them selling a different avatar items.
Note : There is only 1 Avatar Item you can wear it on Domino City and in Duel Academy, It’s Qualifier’s Robe for Nintendo DS Qualifiers.
You can change your avatar by clicking on Duel Disk on your own room (When you login in yo2 you will automatically sent to your own room) and you can display duel disk you got on the shelf.
Note : There is no room in YO3 Duel Accelerator.
You can also get Avatar Item from NPC. Character NPC will give you an avatar item when you reach Friendship LV3 with them. Original NPC will give you an avatar item after 5 wins.
Some Avatar Item have a LV condition to get it or to buy it from Card Shop and You can get Duel Disk by competing in Yu-Gi-Oh Online Events (You can buy it on the shop too) and there is special Duel Disk for Yu-Gi-Oh Online Qualifiers (Top 16) and YOC Winners in each season.
Note : There is no special avatar item for Tournament Point Ranking winners in each season
There is a 1 free Duel Disk that you can get in yo2 (except starter Duel Disk). It is Cyclone for Duel Academy. You can get it after you answer Yu-Gi-OH Online Questionair at Official Site (Konami will asking you what do you think about this game, How to improve it etc…).
When you get new duel disk you can use it for both Male and Female but You can’t trade or transfer Avatar Item to others.
Yu-Gi-OH Online Duel Accelerator Avatar Item
All of Avatar Item from Yu-Gi-Oh Online 2 Duel Evolution are available in Yu-Gi-Oh Online 3 Duel Accelerator and there are a lot of new ones. You can change your avatar at My Hideout.
You can still get an avatar item from NPC but one thing different from yo2 is you can’t get it for free instead You will get a right to purchase it when you win npc for a certain number (You can buy it at blister’s hideout).
Note : Some of Avatar Item are only available in Yu-Gi-Oh Online 2.
Duel Accelerator introduce a new type of Avatar Item. it’s Card Protector or Card Sleeve which change a back of your cards. You can buy it from Blister’s Hideout and you can change it in Edit Deck menu.
You can get 1 of 6 random Avatar Item from Starterpass.
Because there are a lot of avatar item in Duel Accelerator I will split it into 3-4 pages to reduce a long page+reduce heavy load on my site. Right now I’m finish only YO3 Cloth, Hair Style, Duel Disk and Card Protector will be available when I’m finish.
