When you enter the Starterpass code you will randomly receiver one of the 3 deck (Goyo Guardian Deck, Black Rose Dragon Deck and Power Tool Dragon Deck) Not only you get a random starter deck you also get a new Avatar Item from it [5D's Duel Disk and Witch Mask] It didn’t tell you got it all or randomly get 1 of it for more information read V-Jump 4/2010.
