This is an announcement from Konami on Official Site.
We have recently confirmed active phishing scams that lead users to a fake software generator, which contains malware that attempts to enter other accounts. We have also been monitoring fraudulent websites that closely resemble the official Yu-Gi-Oh! ONLINE homepage with the intention of stealing access details of other user accounts.
Websites or downloads offering game contents which are meant to modify softwares have no relation to KONAMI, so please use caution and beware of providing your User ID or password to false homepages or downloading suspicious game content. To do so only harms your own account!
This kind of software or websites are solely created for collecting access details of your account in order to gain access to your private details and account values. In case of improperly handled access information we cannot restore lost cards or refund you.
To confirm or change your Yu-Gi-Oh! ONLINE registration information, please ONLY use the URL provided below and reconfirm the URL in the address bar before entering any sensitive information. Thank you very much for your attention.

There are a lot of scam on this game the one that I face the most is E-mail Scam asking you to enter User ID and Password. You can see an Example here.
There is another one with Duelpass/Boosterpass Generator that claim to give you unlimit Boosterpass Points. Don’t believe it and don’t download it. Something like this never exist.
This type of scam can be found on Video Sharing Site like youtube etc…
As Yu-Gi-OH Online Player there is only 2 times for you to enter your User ID and Password on website.
1. When you make Reservation for Yu-Gi-Oh Online Championship.
2. When you buy Boosterpass on Official Site.
Konami will never ask your User ID and Password unless you contact them first. Don’t give your User ID and Password to someone/any website other than Official Site and your user ID will be fine.
