source0 : You may have noticed that recently when you start a duel with an opponent it sometimes shows [GUNSLINGER] underneath their name. It looks like this is something Konami plans on expanding on, as in the latest download more interesting items are appearing.

In The Past There is “Novice Duelist” for Duelist who didn’t get any Title
“Duelist” for Player who win a Duelist Trial Event
“Gunslinger” for Player who earned 4-5 winning streak during Gunslinger Event
and … sorry I can’t remember but There is a Title for YOC
“Title System” is something I forgotten about it.
