Konami Update 28th August 2008
This update enabled “Ultimate Match” As well as added six of the cards that are being used as prizes for Ultimate Match : Winged Rhynos, Brain Crusher, Gemini Imps, Tualatin, Ancient Gear Engineer & Ancient Gear Explosive.
Three new npcs are now also being prepared, their images have been released but we wont see them in game yet til their profiles. dialogues and decks are finalised:

“Title” System are once available in YU-GI-OH Online 1 but you can have only 1 Title and can’t change it.
At that time There is “Novice Duelist” for Duelist who didn’t get any Title
“Duelist” for Player who win a Duelist Trial Event
“Gunslinger” for Player who earned 4-5 winning streak during Gunslinger Event
and There is a Title for YOC but I can’t remember it
Now Konami Upgrade it you can get more Title and can select one to represent yourself
Where Title display? : It will display at You Profile Menu and appear when someone click on you.
How many “Title” in this game? : From what I see from Menu each page have 8 Title and There are 14 Page available It’s mean we have 112 Title available for selection (a lot of Title have a condition to obtain it)
But I don’t think we have a chance to get All Title because Some Title are available only for a few people such as “Jump Festa“

NPC TITLE : There are 2 way to get Title from NPC (also 2 Type of Title)
1. Your Friendship LV with Character NPC reach 3 big star, If you already reach 3 big star before, Duel them again and you get a Title if you win, These NPC Titles are called Token of Friendship Titles
2. By losing to them 20 times you will get another Title (Losing Title)
Note : Even we know from Description but we don’t know a Real Condition to obtain it with some Title, The Title with ? at the Receive Condition mean I’m not sure about it
As for God Cards It’s not release in game yet to get a Title “MASTER OF THE SKIES“, “MASTER OF TORMENT“, ”MASTER OF THE SUN” You need to take it out from NPC Deck and Summon it in that duel you can use a following cards.

Update from Konami 11 January 2008
A bit of advice, make sure you manually restart after the update; for me there were two updates, first a 20 meg one, followed by a 9 meg one. I’ve played previously when an update didn’t complete with weird text results.
Two new clothing additions, not sure of what they are called yet Not Available yet, It’s Johan and Johnouchi’s Cloth, Maybe in the future NPC will award you their cloth.

The logo on the blue and white t-shirt is some short of reference to the “Konami Code” or like a lot of people knows it as the “Contra Code”. The Konami code is Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, B, A and Start. (Thanks to Kaido for pointing this out).
There is also a New Avatar Pieces (Scapegoat’s Avatar), which seems to be referred to in the code as ‘Afro LV 4′ (Personally I think it looks like a sheep creature, brain hugger) Look like’s all of this are Hat/Avatar’s Part on character head.
Something interesting, This Avatar’s Part look like It’s Rare Hunter avatar’s or maybe It’s NDS Qualifier’s Robe for NDS World Championship 2008 Qualifiers or new npc.
New chibi (the pictures used when you are running around) have been added to support the above clothes, as well as extra ones – possibly

There doesn’t seem to be any new cards added, although there is a new reptile/dinosaur recipe – possibly for a tackleberry npc, or a structure deck. I’ll list the cards in additional comments.
