1.Mileage System : Mileage is a Point you receive when you put Duel Pass Code or you buy Duel Pass with your credit card.for Duel Passs Code you got 1 Mileage Point,USB Duel Pass got 3 Mileage Point,Duel Pass 150/Credit Purchase you got 5 Mileage Point.

You can Exchange your Mileage Point for Card you choose Since the update to Duel Evolution, mileage exchange has not been available. However, the amount of mileage the player owns is still retained by the system, and Konami confirm on YU-GI-OH Online Main Site Mileage Exchange will be restored in the future.If you look on YU-GI-OH Online Main Site for now you will not see it but if you are at that time after Beta Test You will see They promise Mileage will be available soon.Mileage is not a rumour.

2.Tournament Point Ranking : Tournament Point Ranking (TP Ranking for short) is a completely system of rankings where Duelists fight for the top spot by collecting points by taking part in various Yu-Gi-Oh! ONLINE events.

The calendar year will be divided into 3 seasons and your Ranking will be worked out based on your performance over the course of each season.

At The End of each Season You can get Card depending on How Much Tournament Point you have.* Cards awarded exclude certain cards such as the CHAMPIONSHIP winner’s cards (Cards for Quarter-Finalists and Qualifiers you can get it with this). Please note that these are also virtual cards only for use with Yu-Gi-Oh! ONLINE.* These cards can be traded.

Top Mileage Point Cards like Ring of Destruction,Duel Pass,USB,Duel Pass Promo,Exclusive Prize Card for No.1 Duel List of Season you can’t get it with this

For Duelist who have most Tournament Point Ranking in each season will receive Special Exclusive Prize Card 1st and 2nd Season It’s Master of Dragon Soldier.

3.YU-GI-OH Online Main Event : There is 3 Main Event in This Game.

First It is Gunslinger Event

Gunslinger Event is a continueous Winning Event when you win you will get 1 star and card if you win it again or more you will get more Star.The more you win you will get more Rare Cards.Rarest Card in this event is 6-7 win cards.if you win over 7 win, Card you get will random from 1 win-7 win card.

if you lose you will lose all star you get and start it over again

It’s Single duel and have limited time 2 hour for each round.This Event is switch over with Duelist Trial.If There is a Pack release those week will not have Gunslinger Event.You will not know what Cards is 5-7 win GS Cards before this Event is Finish

Second it is Duelist Trial Event

Duelist Trial Event is Collecting Winning Event.You will not lose your star and start over again when you lose.Each round have 3 hour limit.When you win more than 7 Win, Card you get will start from 1 Win-7 Win Card again.

This Event is switch with Gunslinger in each month and will not stop even a Pack Release in those week.You will know What Cards are in This Event by looking at Main site

Third is Championship Event

It’s a Biggest YU-GI-OH Online Event.In 1 year will have this event 3 times seperate by season like Championship Summer,Championship Winter,Championship Spring.

There is a Preliminaries Phase, 16 Preliminary Tournaments will be held with the winner of each one winning a place in the Final Tournament as a “QUALIFIER”.Each Preliminary Tournament will consist of 512 players. To enter a Preliminary Tournament, You need to make a reservation via the Official Homepage before.Even you lose during Preliminary you can make a reservation on the next round and compete again, Even you win or lose you can open Pack.

All Duels in the Preliminary Tournaments will be Single Duels and have a Time Limit.The One who make time run out will lose.

After 16 Preliminary Tournaments is finish.16 Qualifiers will compete again in Final Tournament.The Duels in the Final Tournament will be Match Duels.

Prize Cards will be issued to all Duelists who make it to the FINAL TOURNAMENT.
Note: Duelists can not freely choose the Prize Cards.

• The WINNER will be awarded 5 cards!
• The FINALIST will be awarded 4 cards!
• Semi-Finalists will be awarded 3 cards!
• Quarter-Finalists will be awarded 2 cards!
• Qualifiers will be awarded 1 card!

For the Runner-up and the Winner, the title of “Y.O.C. FINALIST” and “Y.O.C. WINNER” will be awarded respectively.

4.Special Events : Special Event will hold to celebrate when something happen like 1 million user ID creat.

1st Special Event I call it All Pack Event after 1 year had pass They let player can open all packs within 1-2 week (Can’t remember Exactly) yes you can open Discontinued Pack as well.

2nd Special Event is Anniversay Trial 50 Event.They Celebrate it after 1 year had pass.It’s a same like Duelist Trial but have 50 Win cards.You will not lose your star when you lose

Gunslinger Cards are in this Event .

If you win Over 50 Win Cards you get will random from 1-50 Win Cards.This Event was hold on 2006.04/24 12:00 – 2006.05/01 12:00.There is also new card in this event it is Kuriboh Alternate Art

3rd Special Event is Practice Lobby openning : when number of User ID in this game passes 1 Million.They celebrate it again by open Practice Lobby.

Duel in This Practice Lobby is free of charge but it have a limited time.In one day it open 3 time each time 2 hour,You can’t open pack in this lobby.

Different Between YU-GI-OH Online 1 & YU-GI-OH Online 2

There is a lot of different between YU-GI-OH Online and YU-GI-OH Online Duel Evolution.

1.Avatar System.You can creat character/choose Avatar.Character/Avatar you choose will show up on Duel Screen and when other click on you

2.Map System.There is a Place/Map that you can walk around diferrent from the past that like this.

and in YU-GI-OH Online Duel evolution you have your own room too.

There is 2 Main Server in this game Domino City and Duel Academy.Blue door is Domino City Red door is Duel Academy.Event in this game will hold in a different place for example Gunslinger and Championship will be on Domino City while Duel Academy have a Duelist Trial.

3.Deck Construction/Edit Deck and Trade Screen is a lot diferrent than before.Structure Deck menu is add on for you to load a Structure Deck you got from Duel Pass.

4.Status of your Character.They add more status of your Character.

Player Names are shown in various colours on both the map screen and the player list. Check below to see what they mean.

5.Chat Screen.In the past you can creat Chat Room for now you can’t but you can sent a Private Message/Private Chat with other by click on him select Chat Message and type your message or typing /player name and Type your message only the one you select can see your message.Private Message is a text in Pink color and Now while you are Dueling/Trading you can see All Chat in lobby (in the past you can’t).

They Seperate a Chat into 4 Tab you can switch it by click on it.

All Chat : Show All Chat in The Map

Proximity Chat : Only shows chat between users who are in your immediate surroundings.

Trade : They creat it for trading but not many people using it They use All Chat to trade/offer cards

Trade Partner : This Tab will appear only when you trade.It’s private chat between you and trade partner can see it

6.Duel Option.It was add for Player to customize a message display/asking in Duel Screen

Auto Tracking : Auto Target For Example when you Attack if this is on you can’t select a monster on your opponent that you want to attack it.It is auto target.If this is off you can choose an opponent monster to attack

Auto Card Placing : You can choose where you will put your card/token in Monster Zone/Trap Card Zone at Duel Screen.It’s good for Prevent some cards like Rampaging Rhynos,Storm Shooter and other

Activation Message : Choose what you want it to display/asking when you activate Magic/Trap/Chain

Auto Cancel : It’s Auto Cancel there will not have much message asking you to activate Magic/Trap/Monster Effect/Chain/ not recommend for everyone except your deck don’t need to Chain

Semi Auto Cancel : Recommend Option for Everyone.It will asking you for activating Magic/Trap/Monster Effect/Chain not so much Annoy like Manual.if you want to activate Cards at Chain Link 2 or more hold a left click message will display and asking you like Manual for Auto Cancel hold right click

Manual : It’s so much annoy.It will ask you every step and asking Do you want to check a field? but you can chain without problem every message will display and asking you.

You can Customize your Duel Option at Duel Screen by clicking on Tool Icon at bottom left at Duel Screen.

8.Cards Image and Booster.

Card Image is more brighter than before

For Booster/Packs.Now It’s have Pack Completion Rate for player/Collecttor to see How Many Cards you collect at those pack.In The Past you need to check it by yourself.

9.Resolution.YU-GI-OH Online Duel Evolution will run at 1024/768 while the old version run at 800/600 this is a reason why you see Cards Picture is smaller than before but normally it’s not Card Image are the same resolution but this game run on 1024/768 make you see it smaller.

While you will activate Magic/Trap/Monster Effect you can see a Picture of it too In The Past you can’t only message display.

10.BGM (Background Music) or Soundtrack is new and when you use Field Spell Card BGM will change depending on what field Spell Card.

11.D-Mail and Mileage are Available now, It’s also upgrade D-Mail is like when you are writing E-mail to someone on Hotmail.com and Mileage System got major change to Card Shop/Card Store that player can buy Cards/Packs, Avatar Item such as Cloth, Duel Disk

12.Duel Logs is Upgrade it’s split into Duel Log Collection and Latest Duel Log, Latest Duel Logs show your last 100 duel while Duel Log Collection are unlimit depend on how much you add Duel Log to your collection and Now you can see Duel Log from YU-GI-OH Online Championship Final Tournament too.

13.Tournament Point Ranking and Event is Upgrade if you have 100 TP you also get 1 card you chose if you are at Top 1000 Tournament Point Ranking you can choose your cards again.

14.New System NPC are available now, You can duel and get cards/Avatar Part/Deck Recipe from NPC.

Before Becoming YU-GI-OH Online Duel Evolution

YU-GI-OH Online is an online PC game released in December 2004 by Konami based on the YU-GI-OH Trading Card Game. It was first distributed with the Febuary 2005 issue of the U.S. Shonen Jump. In the game, players can chat, duel, and trade cards with each other.

During December 2004-31 March 2005 It’s a Beta Test Period that let anyone can play it with no cost in This Beta Test also have a Special Event call GM Event.This Event allow player have a Chance to duel with GM in Japanese lobby.Nomatter you win or lose you can open a Special Pack.It seperate between Winner and Loser GM Pack but you will get cards that aren’t release at that time.

Anyway when Beta Test end all cards and record of player are reset but you will get an Gift Cards depending on Total Duel you play in Beta Test.This game official launch on 11 April 2005, After official launch Konami fixing a bug and improve something like make it run faster,Let player can trade card up to 10 cards [in the past you can trade maximum 4 cards at each trade].They also add an Event [Duelist Trial,Gunslinger,Championship ] into this game also Add Mileage System.

After one year have past They Celebrate it by let player can open all pack and have Anniversary Trial 50Event that let player can have a chance to get GS Cards and there is also new card in this event it is Kuriboh Alternate Art They also add Beginner’s pack into this game too.

After that when number of User ID in this game reach 1 Million.They celebrate it again by open Practice Lobby.

In 11 December 2006 YU-GI-OH Online Stop a Service for update and Major change.

A major update called “Duel Evolution” They change a Title of this game to YU-GI-OH Onine Duel Evolution.You can also call it YU-GI-OH Online 2,It’s a same game.

YU-GI-OH Online Duel Evolution was recently released that changed many aspects of the game. Players now have their own avatars and can explore portions of Domino City from the original Yu-Gi-Oh series and the Duel Academy from the Yu-Gi-Oh GX series. The dueling screen and the deck editor have also been redesigned and improved.

After major change.Beta Test begin on 15 December 2006 and end on 9 January 2007 same like before all cards and record of player will be reset when official launch.They Start a Service on 11 January 2007.This game are using Duel Pass system like before and when this game launch you can’t go back to play old YU-GI-OH Online.They also give present to old player too.Old Player can choose any cards From Pack 1-30 and add to his/her account depending on how much Total duel you play before beta test.

As for a New Player if you purchase Duel Pass during 11 January-10 Febuary 2007 and total duel in your account not above 10 you can choose 10 cards from pack 1-30.

They also give 3 Structure Deck to Player who you put Duel Pass Code in this game

YU-GI-OH Online Duel Evolution Promote it will have a CPU Opponent in V-Jump and Mileage system will be available soon and Now it’s available New System Introduce is CPU Opponent known as NPC and Mileage System got major change now you can buy cards, opening packs, buy Suit/uniform in Card Store.
